May Ride Day

After the unfortunate cancellation of the planned April ride day due to dry conditions, a new date and venue has been set for our second attempt. The next Ride Day has been brought forward to May 6th, and entry is now open and closes midnight April 29th.

Control Keepers Needed

This year marks the 40th running of the Mike Connors Trial and the organising committee are planning to  make this a ‘special’ occasion & your assistance in being a current & active club member is an integral part of running such an event.

We cannot run this event without assistance from club members, in particular the need for control keepers. If you are not planning to ride this event, then please participate by taking on a section control, get a few friends together & show your support for this milestone event. 2017 AGM

The 2017 Annual General Meeting was held on October 31st, a number of committee positions changed on the night turning a new page in the clubs history. We would like to thank the outgoing committee for their time and effort into the club and welcome the new committee for 2018.

Mike Connors Trial Awarded Best for 2016

The KMCC Mike Connors Trial was awarded the MSA Best Reliability Trial for 2016. The award was presented at the 2016 South Australian Reliability Trials Championships (SART) Awards night on October 21st. Six of the 7 rounds in the series are scored at the completion of their event (Swann Insurance 24 Hour not included). The award is rated on the course, officials and the running of the event, a total score accumulated from the riders feedback at the completion of the trial.

KMCC also took out the top three solo positions in the series. Rowan Pumpa was awarded the 2016 SART Champion finishing as Outright winner with a total of 120 points. Alex Heidenreich was the most improved rider this year with a second place result gathering a total of 106 points. Third place went Dan Plowman on 101 points.
