TT/XT 500 MUSTER '05

With the event growing even bigger again, and the misfortune we had last year, a decision was made to have a ride around the Barossa Valley on sealed roads to show our interstate guests the local scenery. 13 bikes went on this ride which was about 90kms and took a lazy 90 minutes to take in the sites.
With having 50 bikes at this year’s Muster, we were able to secure Yamaha Pitmans as the major sponsor and Tony from Barossa Photo Company to judge the best presented bike and then do a photo shoot for the winner. This year it was Peter Baird with his XT500.

Bill’s Bikes and Bits also came on board with some products to raffle off as well as some wine donations from some of the local wineries.

Awards were given out with Ian Elsworthy receiving a trophy for the best TT on day (above) and Kym Vonthethoff winning a trophy for the best XT on the day (below).

Right: This year we decided to sell some merchandise (hats) to help with the funding.

Below: There were a couple of what we like to call “Specials” at this years Muster. 1 converted to a Motard the other a 500 in a Suzuki RM frame.
