ADMISSION OF MEMBERS
Nominations for Club membership
shall be in writing on the form
provided for that purpose, the form
shall be signed by the applicant and
by the proposer and seconder (who
must both be financial members of
The Club) and shall contain such
particulars as required. The
completed nomination form,
accompanied by the current annual
subscription and joining fee (if
applicable) shall be forwarded in
person to the Treasurer at a general
club meeting for submission to the
Executive
Committee.
The Executive has the right to
refuse membership
SUBSCRIPTION AND MEMBERSHIP
An annual subscription shall be due
and payable by each member on the
first day of January of each year
for the membership year commencing
on that date. At each annual General
Meeting the amounts of joining fee
and subscription payable for the
following membership year shall be
determined. Differential fees may be
determined for Junior Members, being
those members less than sixteen
years of age on the date when the
fees are payable. In the case of
members admitted after the
thirty-first day of October in any
year the subscription lodged with
nomination shall carry entitlement
to membership until the thirty-first
day of December of the following
year, except that where a greater
subscription would have been payable
in the year after admission.

first day of January of that year.

more than two calendar months in
